A Rather Silly (but important) Question

So I've been inactive for quite some time, and have just come back. I'd like to begin teaching classes again, but I don't know what kind of changes have been made to the class system since I disappeared (I am, however, aware of the new Classroom boards on the DRPSW boards). So after extensive searching on the website, I've finally come here to ask two questions:

1) What kind of approval is necessary for teaching classes that already exist?
2) I've been working on creating a new class. What do I need to do to get it approved and begin teaching once it's finished?

You don't need approval to teach existing classes, you can go forth and be merry with those. As for creating a new class, you would normally need to submit it to Halvie, but she hasn't been around of late, so submit an outline of the lessons to either Sirayn, Swisstony or myself for approval. And then you can go forth and be merry.
